- 30g Otafuku Okonomiyaki Takoyaki Powder
- 40ml water
- 1 egg
- 50g shredded cabbage
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 50g thinly sliced pork belly or your choice of protein
- KHY Katsuobushi (Bonito Flakes)

- Otafuku Okonomi Sauce
- Kewpie Mayonnaise
Recipe Instructions

Prepare the Batter:
- In a bowl, combine 30g of Otafuku Okonomiyaki Takoyaki Powder with 40ml of water. Mix well until the powder is fully dissolved.
- Add 1 egg to the mixture and whisk until well combined.
Add Vegetables:
- Fold in the shredded cabbage and chopped green onion. Mix thoroughly to ensure the vegetables are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
Cook the Okonomiyaki:
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly oil it.
- Pour the batter mixture into the skillet, forming a circular shape about 1cm thick.
- If using pork belly or another protein, place it on top of the batter before flipping.
Flip and Cook:
- Cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side, or until the bottom is golden brown and the batter is set.
- Carefully flip the okonomiyaki using a spatula and cook for another 4-5 minutes on the other side until fully cooked and golden brown.
Serve and Garnish:
- Once cooked, transfer the okonomiyaki to a plate.
- Drizzle generously with Otafuku Okonomi Sauce.
- Add a zigzag of Kewpie Mayonnaise on top.
- Sprinkle KHY Katsuobushi (Bonito Flakes) over the okonomiyaki.
