- 1 cup water or broth
- 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., mushrooms, zucchini, onions)
- 1 egg (optional)

Seasoning
- 1 pouch O'Food Spicy Sundubu Jjigae Stew Sauce
Recipe Instructions

- Prepare the Vegetables: Chop the mixed vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat the Sauce: In a pot, pour the O'Food Spicy Sundubu Jjigae Stew Sauce and add 1 cup of water or broth. Bring it to a simmer over medium heat.
- Add Vegetables: Add the chopped vegetables to the pot and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they start to soften.
- Add Tofu: Gently add the J-Basket Tofu, breaking it into large chunks. Let it simmer for another 3-5 minutes to heat through.
Serve: Garnish with chopped green onions if desired. Serve hot with a side of steamed rice.
Optional Egg: Crack an egg into the stew and let it cook until the egg white is set but the yolk is still runny.
