Description

Itsuki Yude Udon Noodle offers three packets of pre-cooked udon noodles, each accompanied by a sachet of traditional soup stock crafted from bonito fish and Kombu kelp seaweed sourced from the coast of Hidaka (Hokkaido), Japan.

Cooking instructions:

Boil noodles in 250ml of water for 1 minute.
Add seasoning sachets and cook for an additional minute, stirring occasionally.
Serve noodles and soup in a bowl, adding desired toppings.
