Returns & Refund Policy
If there is any problem during the delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will do their best to investigate the matter and solve your problem in a short time.
Cancel or amend your order
You may request an amendment to an order prior to the dispatch of your existing order by e-mail quoting your unique order reference number. Your order will be placed on hold until we agree to amend your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any amendment.
Return unwanted item
- We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

It should be noted that, if the item is not faulty or damaged, Just Mart will not accept returns under the following conditions:
- Any perishable goods including alcohol and frozen items
- Any customized / personalized items
- The item has already been opened and used
- Any promotion, clearance or special offer item (Bulk Buy items are not included)
- Any damaged or missing goods are not promptly notified to Just Mart within 1 day after receipt of the goods (Subject to the logistics company's delivery record)
- Items can be refunded provided they are unopened in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
- Just Mart does not accept third party returns other than those of the purchaser.
- To submit a return request, please contact us and attach the receipt with the order reference number, your full name and address or any other information sufficient to identify your order in the email.
- For Local Delivery, after Just Mart agrees to your refund request, we will arrange return item collection by our delivery team.
- For UK Delivery, after Just Mart agrees to your refund request, please return the item to the following address:

Broken or damaged item
We try to ensure all parcels are packaged well. But in the event that an item in your parcel is broken or damaged during transit, please contact us straight away within one day so we can investigate the cause. To start the claim, we require a photo of the damaged/broken item. From this, we can then either arrange a return/refund or replacement. We may also ask you to send back the broken or damaged item. We will be liable for any extra postage costs and we will provide the return label.
Incorrect or missing item
In the unlikely event that an item from you order is incorrect or missing, please contact us straight away within one day and inform our team which item is missing. From this, we will send you the correct item or arrange a refund. We may also ask you to send back the incorrect item. We will be liable for any extra postage costs and we will provide the return label.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, usually you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-14 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Undeliverable parcel due to wrong shipping address
If the package is returned because you provided the wrong address, Just Mart will deduct the full cost of the delivery and other associated costs from the refund amount. If you require a re-delivery, you have the responsibility to pay for the return and the re-delivery cost of the parcel.
